The main reasons behind (Topic) are lack of awareness, poor management,and carelessness of people. Day by day,the situation is becoming worse,which is very alarming. (Topic) creates suffering,destroys peace,and affects education,health, and economy. To overcome this problem,both the government and citizens must work together. Strict laws should be applied and people must be made aware of its bad effects. If we all become sonscious and responsible,it is possible to reduce (Topic). So,we should take proper steps to remove this problem and build a better society.
